Briefing
- Meet with stakeholders and agree time frame
- Discuss the requirements, including strategic and commercial aspects of the role
- Define the key search criteria
- Prepare the assignment brief to provide clear expectations, ensure assignment success & to minimise risk.
Candidate Sourcing
- Identify relevant & capable candidates with the skills required
- Conduct detailed market research and talent sourcing globally
- Conduct detailed market research and talent sourcing globally
- Commence search using in-house and public databases
- Progress updates at key milestones
- Report to the client on progress of assignment, including market intelligence & feedback, candidates identified and next steps
Due Diligence, Offer & Acceptance
- Prepare comprehensive referee report on preferred candidate/s.
- Confirm qualifications and accreditations
- Assist with facilitation / negotiation of employment
- If requested, Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
- Post placement reviews with Client and successful candidate
Consultant Interview & Assessment
- Meet with suitable candidates (face to face whenever possible)
- Suitability assessed using behavioural and competency based interview techniques.
- Assess suitability according to experience, competencies, accreditations, leadership skills and cultural fit.
- Candidate Report & Shortlist review
- Provide a report on recommended candidates, assessing key skills and experience, motivation, compensation and availability.
- Client briefing between The Helix Management Group and the Client to discuss and agree on final shortlist.
- Provide final interview guidance for client – or – facilitate final interviews with Client Progress to final offer
